Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email).

Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot standard tech issues.
Comfortable working with multiple software applications simultaneously.
A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred, but not required.
Experience using CRM systems or online customer support tools is a plus.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
