Deliver exceptional customer service and support to American Express Card Members via phone, chat, or email.
Handle a wide range of inquiries, including account information, billing questions, rewards, and dispute resolution.
Use internal systems and tools to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide knowledgeable and empathetic support while meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call quality, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of American Express products, services, and policies to offer accurate information and guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Uphold the values and brand image of American Express in every customer interaction.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to multi-task across systems, screens, and tools while maintaining attention to detail.
A quiet and dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of customer service platforms and tools.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs, new technologies, and process changes.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role preferred.
Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in financial services, hospitality, or tech support environments is highly desirable.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
