Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up to date on airline procedures, promotions, and service offerings.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or challenging situations.
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and multiple software platforms.
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or call center industry.
Previous remote work experience is an asset, but not required.
Experience using customer service software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is advantageous.
Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Schedule may vary depending on time zone and business needs.
Deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Knowledge of airline industry regulations and Delta policies (training will be provided).
