Provide administrative support to internal teams including scheduling, calendar management, and document preparation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets
Respond to emails and internal communications in a professional and timely manner
Organize digital files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
Assist with online research, compiling reports, and other project-based tasks
Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times
Collaborate with remote teams using Amazons communication and productivity tools
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a remote work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Comfortable with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Amazon Chime
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions
1+ year of administrative, clerical, or remote office support experience preferred
Experience working independently in a virtual/remote team environment is a plus
Familiarity with customer support or data entry roles is an added advantage
Flexible scheduling options available (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Core hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in your local time zone may be required
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be requested during peak business times
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and new technologies
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency in virtual interactions
Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality results
