High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting tools.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment (airline/travel industry preferred).
