Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is highly valued.
Airline, travel, or tourism industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is beneficial.
Full-time position (40 hours/week).
Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Shift schedules will be communicated in advance.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems is a plus.
Ability to de-escalate tense situations and remain composed under pressure.
