Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Review & Rating Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving product reviews and ratings across multiple Amazon listings. Your goal will be to ensure authentic, constructive feedback is highlighted, fraudulent or irrelevant reviews are flagged, and overall listing health is optimized to improve customer trust and satisfaction. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
Monitor customer reviews and ratings across Amazon product listings.
Identify and report inappropriate, abusive, or fake reviews following Amazons review policies.
Analyze customer feedback trends to generate insights for product improvement.
Collaborate with customer service and product teams to ensure consistency in addressing customer concerns.
Generate weekly reports on review and rating performance.
Respond to customer reviews where appropriate using approved messaging templates.
Suggest listing enhancements based on customer feedback.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail with excellent analytical thinking.
Ability to assess content quality and customer sentiment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online reporting tools.
Comfortable navigating Amazon Seller Central or willing to learn quickly.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Experience with Amazon seller platforms or listing optimization is a strong advantage.
Background in marketing, communication, or data analytics is beneficial.
Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Full-time availability is preferred.
Must be available for virtual team meetings once or twice per week.
Understanding of Amazons customer experience principles.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.
Ability to quickly learn new software and internal tools.
