Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for macOS systems, applications, and peripherals.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Pros.

  • Manage device setup, configuration, and deployment for new employees.

  • Maintain and update macOS operating systems, security patches, and software applications.

  • Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting for Mac devices.

  • Ensure compatibility between macOS and enterprise applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in macOS troubleshooting and support.

  • Proficiency with Apple hardware, software, and enterprise management tools.

  • Experience with Active Directory integration, MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf), and enterprise network environments.

  • Knowledge of Apples Terminal, command-line scripting, and automation tools.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware failures on Apple devices.

  • Understanding of cloud services, remote desktop solutions, and VPN configurations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Mac desktop support role or IT helpdesk position.

  • Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment is highly preferred.

  • Prior experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf Pro, or other MDM tools is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.

  • Occasional on-call support or after-hours work may be required for system updates and troubleshooting.
