Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support eCommerce operations on Amazon and eBay. Product Listing & Optimization – Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay to improve visibility and sales performance.
Order Management – Process and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Customer Support – Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage return requests professionally.
Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Research trends, pricing strategies, and competitor listings to optimize sales strategies.
SEO & Keyword Optimization – Implement SEO strategies to enhance product rankings and drive traffic.
Ad Campaign Management – Assist in setting up and monitoring PPC campaigns on Amazon and eBay.
Report Generation & Analysis – Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer service and product descriptions.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve sales performance.
Experience with Amazon FBA, dropshipping, or private label businesses is a plus.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Terapeak is preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as an Amazon or eBay Virtual Assistant.
