Job Summary

The Elite Job is currently seeking dedicated and service-oriented Waitresses/Waiters to join our team at one of Singapores leading hospitality venues. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests. As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This role is open to Malaysians, PR Holders, LTVP, and Singapore Citizens who are passionate about the food & beverage industry and committed to providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

• Process payments and issue receipts.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required by management.

• Uphold The Elite Jobs service standards and represent the brand positively at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

• On-the-job training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Flexible scheduling options depending on operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures.

• Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are an advantage.
