Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Flipkart products and services.
• It is important to stay active about industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
• Play a key role in enhancing Flipkart business by generating & converting leads
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• You will actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
