The Elite Job is seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking Virtual Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design innovative, eco-friendly collections for leading sustainable brands in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities

• Design trend-setting, sustainable fashion collections for eco-conscious brands.
• Conduct in-depth research on sustainable materials and practices to integrate into your designs.
• Develop digital prototypes and technical packs for production teams.
• Collaborate virtually with marketing, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable fashion and implement innovative techniques.
• Ensure all designs meet environmental standards and ethical production guidelines.
• Present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders and clients.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining sustainability objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Sustainable Fashion, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sustainable or ethical fashion design.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of eco-friendly textiles, circular design principles, and low-impact production methods.
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 1 year focused on sustainable fashion or eco-friendly brands.
• Experience collaborating with international teams or clients in a virtual setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated portfolio of sustainable fashion projects is required.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
• Flexible working hours, with core collaboration hours between 10 AM – 3 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.
