Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or remote support role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions available, including weekends and holidays.
