Job Summary:

The Elite Job is looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Beauty Salon Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a high-end beauty salon in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty services, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the salons daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Supervise, motivate, and train salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.

• Ensure exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Oversee inventory management and procurement of beauty products and supplies.

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Monitor salon performance, including sales targets and staff productivity.

• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards within the salon.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, recommending new services and treatments to enhance the salons offerings.

• Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

• Handle financial transactions, budgeting, and ensure profitability of the salon.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a beauty salon, spa, or related business.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Business acumen and knowledge of salon operations, budgeting, and sales strategies.

• Ability to handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial transactions.

• Knowledge of beauty trends, services, and treatments.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Must be willing to relocate to Singapore (Visa assistance will be provided).

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a salon management role.

• Experience in high-end or luxury beauty salons is preferred.

• Prior experience working with international clientele is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays as per salon requirements.

• Rotational shifts with flexibility based on business needs.
