Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Apply gel, acrylic, and other artificial nail enhancements based on client preferences.
• Provide nail art and designs according to the latest beauty trends.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, following hygiene and safety regulations.
• Offer professional advice on nail care, treatments, and maintenance.
• Assist clients in selecting nail colors, designs, and styles based on their preferences.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification/Diploma in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or similar setting.
• Strong skills in manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, and nail extensions.
• Knowledge of various nail art techniques and designs.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and client consultation.
• Familiarity with salon hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon.
• Experience with different nail care techniques and modern nail art trends.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced salon environment is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time or Part-time positions available.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on salon requirements.
