We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our luxury salon in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and suggest suitable styles and treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and luxury salon standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier services.
• Uphold salon hygiene and safety standards in compliance with Singaporean regulations.
• Train and mentor junior stylists and assistants.
• Recommend hair care products to clients and assist in retail sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Professional certification in hairdressing or cosmetology.
• Advanced knowledge of hair coloring, cutting techniques, and styling.
• Ability to work with different hair types and textures.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience working in a high-end or luxury salon is preferred.
• Ability to handle VIP clients with professionalism and discretion.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a hairdresser in a premium or luxury salon.
• Proven experience in advanced hair styling, treatments, and color correction.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• 5-6 working days per week (depending on business needs).
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
