We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive (Animal Feed) to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain of high-quality animal feed ingredients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the agricultural and feed industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors for animal feed ingredients (e.g., grains, protein meals, additives).
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to ensure all procured feed ingredients meet company and regulatory standards.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and company guidelines, including import/export regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in the animal feed or agricultural sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw materials for animal feed, supplier networks, and quality standards.
• Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Ability to secure favorable contracts and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of feed industry regulations, sustainability practices, and international trade compliance.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
