Key Responsibilities

• Verify delivery information, including addresses and special instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and package details.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies for safe driving and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods for efficient navigation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and carrying packages.
• Comfortable using GPS navigation apps and mobile devices for tracking deliveries.
• Basic problem-solving skills to handle unexpected delivery challenges.

Experience

• Previous experience in a courier, delivery, or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with food delivery, e-commerce, or postal services is a plus.

Working Hours

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Flexible working days available based on business needs and employee availability.

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
