Job Summary

We are hiring freshers for various roles in a private bank in Lucknow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their banking needs, including account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Provide information on bank products such as loans, credit cards, and savings schemes.
• Maintain customer records and update details in the banking system.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in daily banking operations.
• Support the sales team in promoting banking services and financial products.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Follow banking policies and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Assist senior bank staff in daily operations and branch activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.)
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Banking Software, Email Handling)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English
• Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial services (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team and handle transactions efficiently

Experience

• Freshers are welcome – No prior banking experience required.
• Candidates with internship experience in finance or customer service will be given preference.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Job (Monday to Saturday)
• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Timings may vary based on the banks schedule)
