Key Responsibilities

Relationship Manager:

• Assist in loan recovery and collection processes when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, loans, and financial services.
• Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and financial stability.

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-time role with standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Occasional extended hours may be required during peak business periods.
