Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Bank Clerk & Officer in Lucknow. As a Bank Clerk or Officer, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day banking operations, customer service, account management, and financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving banking-related issues.
• Managing cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Assisting in the processing of loans and credit applications.

• Performing administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Assisting senior bank officers with compliance and regulatory tasks.
• Promoting bank products and services to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Experience

• No prior banking experience required.
• Freshers and candidates with customer service or finance-related experience will be preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Standard banking hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Sundays and national holidays are off.
