Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze mechanical system designs using Ansys Simulation tools.
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to evaluate product performance.
  • Optimize designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and durability while minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to present findings and recommendations.
  • Support prototype development and testing by interpreting simulation results and making necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in simulation tools, engineering standards, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Ansys Simulation (including modules like Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, or Workbench).
  • Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic knowledge of material science and structural mechanics is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on simulation and analysis.
  • Previous experience in designing and optimizing mechanical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or manufacturing is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some projects may require additional hours to meet deadlines).
