• Provide technical support and guidance during the prototyping and production phases.
• Evaluate existing designs and propose improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
• Knowledge of material properties and selection processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in structural design and analysis for mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in designing and analyzing complex mechanical structures.
• Previous involvement in manufacturing or construction projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours, with occasional project-based overtime.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical design and structural engineering principles.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, or ASTM.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
