Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting services focused on Mac OS X systems for businesses and individuals.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Apple devices, including Macs, iPads, and iPhones.
• Provide training and support for end-users to maximize the utilization of Apple technologies.
• Stay updated on the latest Mac OS X updates, features, and compatibility requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct software installations, upgrades, and patches as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Mac OS X systems and Apple hardware.
• Proven experience in IT consulting or technical support with a focus on Apple products.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions for Apple products is a plus.
• Proficiency in network configurations and troubleshooting in Mac environments.
• Certification in Apple technologies (e.g., ACSP, ACTC) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Mac OS X technical support or consulting.
