Job Overview
As a Recruiter (Non-IT & BPO Hiring), you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles in the BPO and Non-IT sectors. You will play a key role in ensuring the company hires skilled professionals who align with the company vision and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process for Non-IT and BPO roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Offer Management: Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT and BPO recruitment.
- Strong experience in volume hiring, mass recruitment, and lateral hiring.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to attract top talent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in BPO, KPO, or customer service recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and hiring compliances.
- Strong analytical skills to assess hiring trends and workforce planning.
Work Location
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid/Onsite role based on company requirements).
