Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Forklift Operators for warehouse roles in Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload products and materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure all materials are stored properly and organized according to safety regulations.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and management to meet operational goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in packaging and labeling materials as needed.
• Ensure that all materials are transported in a safe and efficient manner to avoid damage.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
• Proven experience in operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs (23 kg), with or without assistance.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Prior experience with inventory management or warehouse operations is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional overtime required during peak periods.

• Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse processes, safety regulations, and inventory management practices.
• Skills: Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
