Houston Skilled Consultancy is actively hiring skilled and unskilled workers for steel and concrete construction projects. We are looking for dedicated professionals to assist in structural steel fabrication, reinforcement work, formwork installation, and concrete pouring. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Assemble, install, and secure steel structures, beams, and reinforcements.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete as per project requirements.
• Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete structures.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure project success.
• Conduct routine maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Adhere to deadlines and quality standards on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in steel and concrete construction is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction tools and machinery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints is a plus.

Experience

• Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in structural steel work, rebar installation, concrete pouring, or formwork is a plus.
• Training may be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Working Hours

• Standard work schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
