Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager � Site Work to oversee and manage site preparation, excavation, grading, utility installations, demolition, and related work for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all site work activities, including excavation, grading, utilities, demolition, and paving.
Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain project flow.
Oversee demolition operations, ensuring safety compliance, proper disposal of materials, and adherence to environmental regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with site conditions and unforeseen changes.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, change orders, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in site work, demolition, excavation, grading, and utility installation.
Experience managing structural and selective demolition projects.
Knowledge of grading plans, drainage, excavation, and underground utility installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with demolition permits, waste disposal regulations, and hazardous material handling.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites.
