Job Description:
� Understanding the client requirement as per the given job description.
� Sourcing candidates through internal database, job portals, social networks, and advertisements.
� Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets.
� Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process.
� Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all levels of interviews.
� Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and analytical skills.
