Job Summary

Scalesforth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial research, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and forecast performance.
• Conduct industry and market research to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare investment presentations, reports, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and provide updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed of global economic developments and their impact on investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or CFA certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investment products.

Experience

• Minimum of 2�3 years of experience in investment analysis or financial research.
• Experience with portfolio management and risk assessment is highly desirable.

• Flexible working hours with core availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (based on your time zone).
