Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and provide technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business applications using APIs and third-party tools.
• Perform regular system maintenance, data management, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Create and manage workflows, approval processes, and automation rules to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for new and existing solutions.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality assurance.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 3+ years).
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, II, or other relevant certifications) are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to industries such as healthcare, finance, or technology is a plus.
