Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and creative Mobile App Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Test, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal app performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development.
• Work with the product and project management teams to define app requirements and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, or React Native.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android development tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with app store deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Experience with cross-platform development tools is a plus.
• Portfolio of published mobile applications is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with the requirement to attend periodic virtual meetings as scheduled.
• A commitment of 35-40 hours per week is expected.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
