Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role in a remote or collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Solid understanding of user interface design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience working in a remote setting.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable feedback to improve designs.

Working Hours
