Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to clients through virtual platforms.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving career goals based on their professional aspirations.
• Offer advice on career development, job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization.
• Provide actionable feedback to clients to help them improve their skills and strategies.
• Develop personalized career plans tailored to each clients needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with job market trends, recruitment processes, and career development strategies.
• Create and maintain a positive and motivational environment that helps clients feel empowered and confident.
• Manage a flexible schedule, ensuring clients receive timely responses and coaching sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client success.
• Support clients in transitioning to new roles or industries, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in career coaching, counseling, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of job search processes, career development, and recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• A passion for helping individuals achieve their professional goals.
• Ability to guide clients through challenges and provide constructive feedback.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and sessions effectively.
• Comfortable using online coaching platforms and tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Ability to remain empathetic and patient when dealing with clients facing career setbacks.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a career coaching, counseling, or HR-related role.
• Experience with job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, or personal branding is preferred.
• Prior experience working in remote roles or online coaching is highly advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours based on client availability.
• Ability to work from home with a schedule that suits both the coach and the clients.
• Coaches should be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of the job market and industry trends in Pakistan.
• Skilled in advising on various career-related issues, including resume building, job searching, and personal branding.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and online communication platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt coaching strategies based on individual client needs.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients, ensuring they stay engaged throughout the coaching process.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
