Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position based in America, offering you the opportunity to shape and execute effective social media strategies for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging audiences, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with client objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience inquiries, and foster positive online interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media strategy, management, or related roles.
• Experience in managing social media for multiple clients or brands is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in growing audience engagement and achieving measurable business results.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, with occasional requirements to align with client time zones or deadlines.
• Approximately 35–40 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns and content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is desirable.
