Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and encourage engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage original and engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies and business goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Respond to comments and direct messages promptly, fostering a positive online community.
• Work on content calendars, scheduling posts for optimal audience engagement.
• Perform A/B testing on campaigns to identify the most effective content strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO and social media algorithms.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and driving engagement.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with an expected availability of 30–40 hours per week.
• Coordination with the team during core business hours for meetings and updates.
