Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various platforms including websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop branding, logos, and marketing materials that align with clients objectives and brand identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Edit and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure the creative output remains fresh and innovative.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding project status and milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative design work.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Previous experience working remotely or in a freelance capacity is a plus.
• Experience in designing for multiple platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and social media is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours, with the ability to set your own schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
