Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently drive a company vehicle to deliver goods to various locations.
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Verify orders and ensure that products are accurately packed before shipment.
• Communicate with dispatchers and managers to ensure delivery accuracy and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Handle delivery paperwork and ensure customer signatures as required.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions or resolving issues as they arise during delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling deliveries.
• Ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with delivery software or apps (e.g., GPS navigation tools, delivery management systems) is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on delivery needs.
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Weekend and evening shifts may be required depending on customer demand.
