Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Amazon team. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team to meet operational targets, ensure optimal performance, and maintain high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities

- Training & Development: Train and onboard new team members, providing continuous support and coaching to ensure skill development and productivity.
- Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any operational issues or conflicts within the team, ensuring minimal impact on service and performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and creating development plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align team goals with company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in a high-performance environment.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an operations or logistics environment.
- Experience in managing teams of 10 or more members is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment center environments is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time, with flexible hours depending on the operational requirements.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business needs.
