Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of logistics and transportation activities, ensuring smooth workflows from warehouse to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Organize and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demand and company deadlines.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues such as delays, errors, or damages, working closely with various teams to find solutions.
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports related to shipping, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
• Conduct continuous evaluations and adjustments to improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations (preferably in e-commerce).
• Strong proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on transportation and inventory management.
• Experience working with logistics software and tools (such as SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms).
• Previous experience in managing shipments, optimizing routes, or working with freight carriers is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible hours may be required depending on operational needs and deadlines.
