Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team at Amazon. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire shipping process, from order fulfillment to dispatch, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Oversee the preparation and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring timely shipment and proper documentation.
• Shipping Coordination: Work closely with shipping vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure the availability of products for timely shipment.
• Quality Control: Review shipment details and perform quality checks to confirm accuracy and compliance with Amazons standards.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipping progress, resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to management and customers.
• Problem Solving: Address shipping issues promptly, such as damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or delays, and develop strategies for resolution.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various teams, including customer service, warehouse staff, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management, preferably in a high-volume or e-commerce environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with shipping software and tools; experience using Amazons internal systems is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.

Working Hours
