Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and report them to the appropriate departments for corrective action.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement improvements to product quality.
• Perform data analysis and maintain detailed records of quality inspections.
• Test products using various tools and equipment to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Amazons safety and environmental policies during inspection processes.
• Participate in training sessions for new quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Support root cause analysis and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minor flaws or discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as inspection checklists, measurement instruments, and data analysis software.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and product standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

• Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazons production processes or other e-commerce fulfillment operations is beneficial.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, with flexible hours to support global operations.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet production demands.
