Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders following Amazons standard procedures.
• Ensure products are packed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Label and sort packages according to shipping requirements.
• Maintain organization within packing stations and work areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Handle various types of products, including fragile, heavy, and bulky items.
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures to prevent workplace injuries and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of computer systems for tracking orders.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution center roles is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in packing, shipping, or inventory management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new processes and work with different product types.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible shifts are offered, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
