Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inventory Management: Ensure all inventory is properly tracked and stored according to safety and quality standards.
• Product Handling: Safely lift, move, and organize products, ensuring proper handling and storage to avoid damage.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products are free from defects and meet Amazons high-quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and resolve any operational issues.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Operational Support: Assist in other areas of the fulfillment center as needed, including receiving, sorting, and shipping products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 49 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a changing, high-volume work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and productivity targets.

Experience:

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is an asset but not required.
• Entry-Level Role: No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
• Overtime may be available based on workload and operational requirements.
