Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Sorting: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored.
• Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products from shelves, ensuring they meet quality standards before being shipped.
• Order Fulfillment: Verify orders, ensuring the correct products are packaged and shipped to customers.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct routine inventory checks, and ensure the warehouse remains organized.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Operational Efficiency: Support the operational flow by meeting productivity targets and quality expectations set by the team.
• Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other warehouse team members to achieve overall operational goals and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to pick, pack, and verify orders accurately.
• Team-Oriented: Works well in a team environment, demonstrating a strong collaborative attitude.
• Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic technology systems and the ability to learn new software or tools.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written, to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and take initiative to find solutions.

Experience:

• Previous Warehouse Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred, though not required.
• Entry-Level: Training will be provided for individuals with little or no warehouse experience.
• Physical Fitness: No prior experience necessary, but a strong physical ability to perform tasks in a manual labor environment is important.

Working Hours:

• Flexible Shifts: Full-time and part-time shifts available, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on business needs.
• Overtime: Availability to work overtime during peak seasons is required.
