Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders from the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure products are accurately picked and packed to meet shipping deadlines and Amazons high standards of quality.
• Product Handling: Handle products with care and ensure that items are stored in the correct locations to optimize the flow of goods.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Amazons safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies before packing.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices, as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality when handling inventory and orders.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist colleagues when necessary.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using handheld devices and operating warehouse management systems.
• Time Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Experience:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus, but training will be provided.
