Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers for day shifts at our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our warehouses, helping to pick, pack, and ship products to our customers. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining Amazons commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately managed, including unloading, scanning, and organizing stock.
• Assist with sorting, labeling, and preparing packages for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
• Report any safety hazards, damages, or issues with inventory to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory audits and stock management as required.
• Follow all operational processes and procedures to ensure a high level of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 49 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and tasks as needed.

Experience:

• No prior experience required. Amazon provides on-the-job training.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with day shift hours (typically 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or as determined by the local warehouse).
• Flexibility in working hours based on operational needs may be required, including occasional overtime.
