Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying item counts, quality, and documentation. Process outgoing shipments, ensuring they are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and stock organization to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and support the maintenance of inventory records.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs. Generate reports and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all goods received meet Amazons quality standards. Report discrepancies and damages to the appropriate department.
• Coordination: Work closely with warehouse associates, managers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth coordination of shipments and materials.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with logistics and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with handling shipping and receiving documentation and packaging standards.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible shift options, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational requirements.
• Expectation of consistent punctuality and flexibility to work during peak demand periods.
