Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager - Technical to join our Central Shopping Experience team. This role focuses on creating innovative solutions that enhance the shopping experience for millions of Amazon customers globally. As a Product Manager, you will drive the development of technical products and features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for central shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop innovative solutions and features.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to drive product decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Amazons policies while delivering seamless shopping experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development life cycles.
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to interpret customer and market trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products in a technology-driven environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar technical role.
• Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or data science applications is a plus.
