Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior internships or coursework in IT support will be an advantage.
Working Hours
